1. Go to File > Open (OF1). Open any/a default OF in your language (eg. if you want to convert a file from English to Italian, open the Italian one)

2. Use Open OF2... in the File menu to open the file you want to convert (in this example open the English one now)

3. Use the Convert OF2 > OF1 option in the Tools menu to convert

4. Save your converted file
